In 2012 I had double eyelid surgery and epicanthoplasty, and in 2016 I had lateral canthoplasty, and none of it has loosened at all. My eyes turned out really beautifully, and I was also planning to do my nose, but I felt like they are better at eyes, so I decided to keep it as an old memory. They are warm and blunt haha It's been so long that it might be different now
