I went through a referral and got a lot of discount. The facility is very clean. During the consultation, both the manager and the director did recommend some additional procedures, but it felt more like 'it would be better to do this' than pressure. For my first eye surgery, I brought the line I wanted and kept showing it, but they did not look at the photo closely and just made the line themselves. I wanted big, round eyes, but I ended up with thin, square eyes. The director who did the inner corner canthoplasty and the director who did the double eyelid surgery were different, and maybe because of that, the inner corner line and the double eyelid line did not match, so my eyes ended up looking awkward. In the end, I went back for consultation about twice and they fixed it as a touch-up. Even for the revision surgery, the consultation was very short and over in a flash. And when I was consulting, they showed the before photo, and the guide staff member there? moved their seat to watch the screen and looked back and forth between my face and the screen. I do not know if that person was one of the operating room staff, but it did not feel very good. The line again ended up square rather than the line I wanted, but to the people around me it became natural enough that they would not know I had eye surgery unless I said so. But after the surgery, I ended up with two scar marks from the scalpel besides the line. Because of the scar, the line at the inner part of my eye did become two lines, but unless you look closely it is hard to tell... Still, people around me do say that when they look me in the eyes and talk, the front of my eye seems a bit strange..
