They were very gentle, and their voice was quiet during the consultation. They seemed to be more experienced than I expected. The staff also seemed to have had a lot of procedures done by the doctor, and that made me trust them. It seemed like they could do the line I wanted too, but after reading reviews saying it loosens over time, I'm still debating.
