It felt more like they were explaining the surgery process than a consultation. A consultation should involve some back-and-forth.. It felt like they just put up slides and explained the surgical process? Still, they did explain it for quite a long time. The consultation manager seemed to be fulfilling their role properly by explaining things. I wish there had been more communication in the consultation with the director. It felt too much like they just said what they wanted to say and ended there. The consultation fee is twenty thousand won.
