I got a recommendation from someone I know because of a problem related to revision nose surgery, so I went in for a consultation. The facilities were clean and nice. I liked that they did a CT scan first and then let me meet the doctor (rather than just having the director talk first or only looking at my nose and consulting). He is a nose specialist, has nearly 20 years of experience, and gave me a trustworthy impression.
