This is the hospital where I had my surgery.. The result was so-so It looked pretty at first, but the shape changed, so I had revision surgery somewhere else. These days, I understand the surgery cost has gone up. The director is good at reinforcing the columella area. For rhinoplasty, they do raise the tip of the nose nicely, but the part where it was slightly tied off was not pretty
