I'm rewriting this because I posted it under consultation. They were less kind than on the consultation day.. but I don't think kindness and skill are proportional, and that's a personality issue, so I'll pass on that! They said they would not use a splint or cotton, but my nose was apparently not an easy one after all. After the surgery, I had taping with a thin splint? support brace attached. Instead of cotton, they inserted something like silicone that could support the bridge of the nose and the nostrils! (Something like a nostril mask) My first surgery failed, so they removed the implant and did a no-implant surgery. They said they would reuse the septal cartilage, but when they opened it up, they said it was hard to use, so they used cartilage from both ears. I thought their hands must be really good because even without cotton there was almost no bleeding at all (just a little from the wound) and I barely bruised lollll just a slight yellowish tint! The ear where they took the cartilage got a completely yellow bruise. Likewise, my nose really did not hurt at all, not even a bit, and only my ears hurt I could not sleep the first night because of my ears. I slept comfortably on the other days. So amazing And on day 4, they removed the ear cotton, did swelling laser treatment, and had a consultation with the doctor. On day 6, they removed all ear and nose stitches, the splint, and the taping, then did swelling laser treatment and another consultation with the doctor. They said it went well and that I would keep getting prettier, so I am very happy!!!! People around me also said I did really well to do it I was so worried because it was a revision surgery, but thankfully it worked out.. For now, that's the story up to day 10 haha. I'll leave more if I have another update.
