Review

I came in for consultation about revision nose surgery. The manager was moderately kind, not over the top, and the director answered my questions well. He clearly explained my current condition and the problems too. The only thing that bothered me a bit was that there isn't a resident anesthesiologist, but since they said they've never had an accident before, they did seem confident.
