I talked with the manager about how I wanted to improve things, then had a consultation with the director. Both the manager and the director were kind. Because I had little spare tissue, they said I would need both double-eyelid surgery and eye correction. The director brought up the possibility that I might not be able to close my eyes after surgery and explained that they would close over time. They showed me many similar before-and-after photos, both when I consulted with the manager and with the director. The director explained the surgical method with photos. I asked a lot about the line, scars, and other things, and the atmosphere was gentle and calm, so it was easy to ask questions. Still, there was no big impact.. I did not like the line in the review photos
