When I arrived there were no waiting patients at all, so I could do the consultation right on time. First I talked with the manager about the design I wanted, then consulted with the surgeon. The surgeon looked a bit tired, but explained things calmly and well. He explained one by one what I was worried about, and I felt much more at ease. The hospital atmosphere was also clean and calm overall, which I liked.
