The reviews were so good that I had high expectations, and the surgeon was kind, but he looked very tired. He did not shape the line very much. The manager was also kind and there was no pressure to reserve, which I liked. I feel a bit disappointed because it seemed like he did not look closely at my eyes. Overall, though, they were kind.
