The manager and the director were extremely kind. After the consultation, I kept asking the manager tons of questions by text, and they answered kindly even then T_T The director also looked tired, but they didn't push anything unnecessary and didn't over-treat. I think the surgery will go well. The director was calm, explained things well, and lined everything up nicely.
