There wasn’t much waiting, so I liked that I didn’t have to struggle with waiting time. I talked with the manager about the look I wanted and my complaints, and then I went straight to consult with the doctor. They explained the surgery and other possible side effects appropriately, and I liked that they said if a surgery wasn’t really necessary, then it wasn’t really necessary.
