The waiting time was a little long, about an hour, but during the consultation the director explained things very kindly and in a gentle, step-by-step way. I also asked about more things I was curious about, and although the consultation itself wasn't especially long, it was one of the most memorable consultations I had. He also seemed confident about the surgical result. The coordinator was kind too, showed me a lot of before-and-after photos, and there was absolutely no pressure to leave a deposit.
