The director seems like someone who would be a bit different before and after surgery, and their own viewpoint seems very strong. It feels like communication wouldn't be easy, and the manager was very kind. But the surgery isn't done by the manager.-- They're an OB-GYN specialist and just a clinic, so putting my difficult nose in their hands feels like a gamble.
