First of all, this is a revision nose surgery, and they recommended autologous costal cartilage, which I did not like, and the price came out to 7,000, which was shocking. The consultation with the doctor was somewhat unsatisfactory. They kept saying you have to open up the nose to know, but the reviews posted on Instagram were definitely pretty, so I had high expectations.
