When I first went for surgical consultation, I had taken time off and gone there with difficulty, but some manager acted like there was another person with the same name and thought I was there for a follow-up. The doctor was in surgery, and that manager consulted with me as if they were a doctor. When I said I had gone out of my way to make time because I wanted to see the doctor, the doctor briefly came out in front of the operating room and confidently said to trust him and do it, end ;;
