I looked into this place because I heard they were good with nose surgery using costal cartilage. They quoted 5 million won. The doctor said my nose tip exists, but the bridge is lacking, and recommended a natural result. Looking at the before-and-after photos, it seemed like they would really do a good job. But I was also afraid that if the surgery went wrong, it would be a disaster, so I gave up on nose surgery, though the people who got good results seem to have really done well. If the reviews are not photoshopped, then they seem to be good at it.
