I came to Mijak for the first consultation while looking for a nose surgery clinic. The wait was not very long, and the manager consulted with me first. I came after reading Instagram surgery reviews. The manager said the price is higher than other hospitals, but that they are really good with noses. Then I had a consultation with the director. The director explained that a straight nose line is the hardest shape to make and that it is his strongest area. He said he could make any nose I wanted and was full of confidence. Then all of a sudden he suggested putting silicone in my chin too, something I had never even considered. He also recommended other procedures, saying it would look better together. It felt a bit burdensome and unpleasant. After the consultation, they said the manager would tell me the price, so I went back to the consultation room. It seems like this hospital only does surgery with silicone + autologous costal cartilage. They also recommended chin silicone, and if I did the chin too, the quote came to 7.5 million. They show before-and-after photos of people who had the nose and chin done, and the difference was clearly good. The deposit pressure was insane... I originally planned to just get nose surgery here, but the pressure to pay a deposit was too strong. They said if I did not leave a deposit today, they could not give me the discount, so I left a deposit and came out. A few days later, I felt uneasy and said I would do only the nose, not the chin. The manager in charge said okay, and about a day later another manager called and asked why I was not doing the chin too, saying it would look more dramatic. I am the type who has trouble refusing, so it felt way too burdensome. The director kept saying they do not recommend chin surgery to just anyone, only to people who would do well with it, and still kept pressuring me to do it... so I said no and that I would just pay 6.5 million for the nose alone, but then suddenly the price changed to 6.8 million if I did not do the chin together with the nose. It was really absurd. When I was consulting, the manager had said 6.5 million for the nose only, but after hearing that I completely lost interest and canceled the reservation.
