I visited for a consultation after being recommended following a friend's surgery. The consultation went in the order: staff - doctor - staff. The doctor's schedule was backed up so there was some waiting, but they were kind, talked to me at length, and explained everything I asked about in detail. The staff member recommended ptosis correction, but the doctor said it wasn't necessary and did not recommend it, and I liked that they honestly said what was and wasn't possible. They emphasized a discount for writing a review, but they did not force it. This was one of the final places I was considering.
