It was my first time getting aegyo-sal filler, and I already had a fairly full under-eye line, but I got the procedure because I wanted it to be there even when I was expressionless. I emphasized that I wanted it natural, and the doctor injected it very carefully and cautiously!! If I don't say anything, no one will know lol
