The director gave quite a detailed and thorough explanation during the consultation, which I liked. For surgeries that they did not recommend, they even explained the reasons and only talked about the surgeries that were truly necessary. But the director looked so tired, and I did not like the lines they marked at all. They seemed too tired to consult in detail according to my personal reason for surgery. More than anything, the consultation wait was over 2 hours, so there seemed to be a problem with the reservation system. They should only accept as many reservations as they can actually handle, so what are they even doing... It felt like they were taking reservations recklessly, and when you pack patients in like this with only one lead director, I wondered whether the surgeries could really be done properly..
