Even though I clearly had surgery for rhinitis too, my deviated septum came back badly in front of my nose. It’s only been 1 year and 3 months since the surgery. When I went back and asked what I should do about this, they just told me to get a revision with autologous costal cartilage. Non-open surgery really doesn’t seem accurate after all..
