Consultation went in this order: manager, doctor, manager. There was some waiting in between, but only about 10 to 15 minutes. The manager listened to what line and surgical method I wanted and wrote it down. The doctor then shaped the line and continued the consultation. When I said that another clinic had recommended incision, incision eye correction, and even epicanthoplasty, they firmly said that the incision method was the right thing to do, but that eye correction was not necessary, with reasons. They also said that my epicanthic fold was not that severe, so even if I got epicanthoplasty it would not stand out much, and that I could make the line I wanted even without canthoplasty, which made me trust them. After that, the manager explained the price, and when I said I wanted to see several case photos, they showed me. No consultation fee. TMI: the doctor was wearing something like a hood? The dog inside the hood was cute.
