The manager was extremely kind, and the doctor was kind too. The wait was extremely long. I think I waited almost 40 minutes for the consultation, and I went because I liked it after reading reviews and such, but it didn't seem to suit me, so I didn't decide on surgery. Still, the consultation was very thorough for how long I waited.
