My aegyo-sal were uneven, so I got it done to make them symmetrical. The consultation was only with the manager, and I only saw the surgeon when the procedure was done. If one side has a lower eye pouch and the other side does not, it can sag a little over time, but it is not bad and was just so-so? For a touch-up, it seemed like they recommended dissolving it.
