It has been about 2 months since my double eyelid surgery. When I first said I was going to have surgery, my parents strongly opposed it, but after I kept persuading them, they ended up cheering me on, saying that if I was going to do it, they hoped it would go well. I kept looking through apps and communities, went to consultations at several places, and even tried drawing the line. After thinking it over, I ended up here. I was considering ptosis correction, but they explained why it was not necessary and what I would have to give up, and said the shape would come out well even without it, so I trusted them and had the surgery. I had a non-incisional procedure and front canthoplasty, and the swelling went down a lot after about a month while I managed it with laser treatments. I think it will settle in naturally as more time passes, and I have been doing fine while wearing makeup haha
