The director here is really nice, and there were some posts saying the doctor was blunt, but when I actually had the consultation, I did not feel that at all. He was not especially warm, but he smiled gently while giving me a good consultation. He does explain things well when asked, but he does not seem like the type to take the lead proactively... so I think that is why people may misunderstand him as blunt. The overall feeling was good, and the surgery was done well.
