The consultation manager and all the staff were fairly kind, and the director explained things well when I asked questions and recommended what was necessary and did not recommend what was not. However, on the day of surgery, they made me wait more than 1 hour and 30 minutes past my scheduled time, and I lowered the rating because I did not like the double eyelid shape. The canthoplasty is natural.. I honestly do not even know what the back-bottom canthoplasty did though
