I had revision surgery for my medial canthus. When I went around comparing clinics, I heard that they would do an internal revision in two layers, and that made me decide on the revision surgery. They gave me an IV to reduce swelling before the surgery, and maybe because of that, the swelling wasn't severe. It's now been more than a month since the revision surgery, and it's exactly the time when scar tissue starts coming up... so there is a scar where the stitches were..T_T If you want a revision of the inner canthus, it might be worth going around and comparing options first.
