From other reviews, everyone says they are kind, but I am not sure.. Maybe the director was not in good condition, because he looked at me very casually and explained things carelessly.. My trust in the surgery dropped, and the consultation manager was not that great either.. I do not know if she was really kind.. It was the third most expensive of the places I consulted..
