I had nose surgery, but the tip was made way too long, so it ended up looking like a Pinocchio nose. So just two weeks after the nose surgery, I had an early revision and had the tip cartilage removed. They do seem to care about aftercare to some extent, but I didn't like it much, so I'm planning to get it redone.
