For my nasolabial folds, I had been getting Juvelook, but for me this one session of thread lifting for the nasolabial area here was truly satisfying! The folds straightened right away, I looked about 3 years younger, and the lifting effect was real! The big swelling lasted 2 days, and the minor swelling lasted a week! During the consultation, they said the cheek area might look puffy like a steamed bun for about a week, but maybe I don't swell much? It wasn't that bad, just a little round swelling!! Reason I chose this hospital I chose it because it was not a factory-style place, with one director doctor who has many years of experience as the head doctor and handles everything from consultation to procedure. Best part The local anesthesia is done by the director doctor, not sedation, and I was really worried it would hurt, but they said they had developed the anesthetic injection. I got four shots in each cheek, and out of all the face injections I've had, this one hurt the least, which surprised me! Once the anesthesia kicked in, I couldn't feel the threads going in, and although I could hear the pulling sounds, I couldn't feel anything! The director doctor was kind, and the hospital staff were kind too, and they explained things well, which I liked! It's been a month now and there are no side effects like dimpling! The retention period varies from person to person, but they say it lasts about a year, so I hope it lasts longer! I'm very satisfied with this procedure!
