I booked through the app using an event reservation, so the price was a bit discounted. My first impression right after walking in was that the hospital facilities felt a bit old. The desk staff did not seem especially friendly, but the consultation manager explained things calmly and did not pressure me into making an extra reservation, which I liked. After check-in, I consulted with the manager and then went into a small room to take front and side photos of my face. I met the director in the laser room, and he explained things well and spoke with expertise. But he kept talking to me throughout the procedure. Still, he was kind. The aftercare at the end was also unremarkable in a good way.
