I went in with huge expectations, and while the director does seem professional, the problem is that my needs were not met at all. He seems to have a very clear idea of what he wants: eyes that look soft and comfortable. And he focuses more on making the overall shape look gentle rather than on the double eyelid line, so I felt there was no room for my opinion. The staff were kind, and there was no pushy reservation pressure or anything like that, and there were no event sales at all. But I don't think I'll get the kind of eyes I want here, so I don't think I'll have surgery here ahhhhhh
