I had the surgery 3 years ago and did everything that could be done, including septum work and osteotomy. But during the consultation with the director, I was already told that because my nose was high, silicone might not be necessary, yet I insisted on adding it, and now I regret it T_T If you have a bulbous nose, I think it's better to ask for a more dramatic result or go to another hospital because this place is too natural.
