At first I went for a last-minute consultation without a reservation, and since the director was in surgery, the front desk staff asked if it would be okay to schedule me a few days later. I said okay, made the reservation, and went back down. But 2-3 minutes later they called and said the director was still getting ready for surgery and had a little time right now, so if I hadn't gone too far, I should come back up for a consultation. So I rushed back up and had the consultation. First impression of the director was pretty pleasant and not bad, but to make my goals clear, I had prepared a very short PPT with only 3-4 slides. When I asked if they had a moment, "Ah, I don't have time to look at that either." They cut me off like that, which caught me off guard.... Still, they asked what my biggest complex was and what nose shape I wanted, so I told them, "This is the kind of nose I want," and showed a photo (the YouTuber Frigia). They said, "Everyone does want a nose like that, but whether it can be done is another matter." That caught me off guard a second time.... I felt like they were very blunt. Still, they explained the surgical method and their expertise in great detail, and they gave clear answers to my questions about the surgical method, which areas would be used, and the side effects and concerns I asked about, so I thought it was pretty good. I thought about how many people the director must consult in a day, and that since many people only come for consultations and don't end up having surgery, they might come across as stern during consultations. Once it seemed like I was actually going to proceed with surgery, they became kind and handled things well, and even on the day of surgery, when I said these and those areas hurt and felt uncomfortable, they kindly explained everything, saying it wasn't a side effect but because that sort of anesthetic had been used, so I didn't need to worry. That put me at ease. It's only day 3 or 4 after surgery, so I still can't know the result for sure because of the swelling, but the part that I trusted most was that they said they would provide free aftercare for up to 3 years after surgery, so personally I thought it was pretty good.
