This nose had gone through everything, from silicone inflammation to costal cartilage warping, but I thought this was my last chance and had surgery here. After struggling in many ways, I wanted more than aesthetics, I just wanted to have a normal-looking nose, and they made that happen. I don’t even know how many times I’ve had an open columella approach, but the scar was the least noticeable here, and the nurses and the manager were all kind ~
