I went for a consultation about ptosis correction and alar reduction. The director looked a bit tired, and as soon as I entered the consultation, he fired off a bunch of things before I even had a chance to say anything, which surprised me a bit, but it seemed like he did point out the key issues well. I said I wanted a very low line like a male ptosis correction, and since a high line wouldn't suit my face anyway, he set a low line for me on his own. For alar reduction, I had only been thinking about cartilage tying, but he said that for my nose, cartilage tying alone wouldn't be effective, and recommended combining it with tip cartilage and hump osteotomy, which seemed reasonable, so I accepted it. The consultation manager was kind and explained in detail the things the director quickly went over. They also emphasized the importance of aftercare very strongly.
