I consulted about silicone removal, and the doctor spoke very directly about my current condition. I liked that he told me honestly what could be improved and what could not. The office manager was kind because, at I&Co, they couldn't fit me in for silicone removal, so she introduced me to a hospital that could remove the foreign material and do a washout.
