I went for consultations twice that day, and both times they welcomed me kindly. It felt like they were trying to operate exactly the way I wanted? Rather than saying, "let's make this kind of nose," they asked a lot about what kind of nose I wanted. We decided to use osteotomy, ear cartilage, and septal cartilage. Human greed seems scary. Since I was thinking of doing it here, now a flashy nose feels tempting. Nose surgery is really difficult
