I spoke with the doctor right away as soon as I went in, and when I told them the direction I wanted, they only talked about that direction and didn't bring up other things. I liked that part, but another hospital said I would also need osteotomy, so I'm torn T_T Here, we decided to lightly file down the hump and raise the tip for a natural result!
