I went for a consultation and booked a surgery date. There are many reviews saying the director and coordinator are brief and not kind, but they were actually very kind. I went to about three other hospitals, and compared to them, this place adds small extra procedures, which is what I wanted (it felt less like being forced into surgery and more like what I really needed). It felt like the annoying parts from the other hospitals were cleared up. The coordinator was also completely kind. Even though the doctor is the one who performs the surgery, she seemed to have more professionalism and medical knowledge than the coordinators at other hospitals. They did not push surgery on me. Anyway, compared to the other hospitals, they caught what I wanted very well and explained how they would do it and what kind of change it would create, which I liked. The price was reasonable too.
