Haha I do not know if this is normal there, but I booked a nose consultation and waited, and when I went in for the consultation I could not meet the doctor... When I said I wanted to see the doctor, they said the surgery schedule was packed so I could not. I did not know what kind of consultation I was supposed to have with the director. The consultation director said that if I decided on surgery with them, the doctor would explain everything on the day of surgery... I was really disappointed.
