I liked the consultation with the manager~ She was a woman a little older, and she seemed very careful and explained things in a calm, measured way, so I left satisfied with the consultation. Aside from one staff mistake when arranging the consultation appointment, everything was fine. I didn't get to see the doctor before leaving
