The doctor’s consultation was somewhat vague. The good points are that it was local anesthesia, so there was no need to worry about a shadow doctor, and I liked being able to hear what the doctor was saying throughout the surgery. The recovery period was also short, and it’s been a year now with absolutely no side effects. Still, since it was a closed approach and there was no implant, the effect seems somewhat limited.
