I think they need to replace the consultation manager first. I asked directly about the event price, made a consultation appointment, and went there, but once I got there the story suddenly changed and they started saying nonsense while pretending not to know anything lollllll. When I showed them proof directly, they were like, so what do you want me to do about it lol? Ridiculous. Manager, quit.
