First, I consulted about the nose beam, and even though I had made an appointment and came in, I waited more than 30 minutes. While I was waiting, the woman next to me changed into surgical clothes and waited for an hour, got furious, came out, and started making a scene asking when the surgery would finally happen. In the middle of all that, I was also waiting, so I asked too. All the managers were in chaos; it didn’t feel systematic at all, just chaotic. Just looking at the surgery alone, I still don’t know whether I’d do it or not.
