I consulted about a humped and crooked nose. I trusted the consultation because they said the director is the president of the Rhinoplasty Research Society. I had prepared questions, and they explained each one carefully, even showing me photos of surgical cases, so I felt confident. I wanted them to look at the functional side too, but they said if there isn't a severe problem, they won't touch it unnecessarily, so I do worry a little about the functional part.
