My first impression was, "This hospital is clean!" The staff were also very kind haha. I had heard this place was famous for noses, so I went in with high expectations, and although the manager was kind, I really liked the consultation with the director. They checked my current nose condition > the nose I want > what is needed for that goal, one by one. They understood well what patients worry about during nose surgery and I could really feel that they were paying attention so those issues would not become problems.
